Propane (LPG) Distributed Energy Systems

The “intelligent” virtual-pipe network gas supply system is mainly composed of an LPG storage and distribution station, a bobtail tanker, a domestic storage tank, a low-pressure gas distribution pipeline, and an electronic reading maintenance management platform.

The capacity of domestic storage tanks compared to cylinders has been greatly improved, and the liquid supply can be used for at least half a year, effectively avoiding the mass transportation of cylinders on the road and the potential security risks of cylinders during frequent filling in gas stations.

 At the same time, domestic storage tanks are managed by special operators, users do not need to be engaged, and safety
has been effectively improved.

Clean energy: Propane has no “BOG” emissions, which is environmentally friendly, and less polluted.

Less procedures: The procedures of “gas to end user” distribution model are less than those of the cylinder filling, which greatly reduces distribution cost.

Efficiency: The gas supply facilities of domestic tanks are equipped with remote liquid level monitoring facilities. When the liquid level in the tank drops below the warning line, it can be fed back to the monitoring platform via a remote signal to remind the gas company to send road tankers for refilling.

 The monitoring platform provides the optimal filling route for road tankers through the platform’s built-in route optimization algorithm according to the received reminder information, and road tankers are dispacthed to refill the domestic tanks.

Liquid stability: The liquid is commercial propane that complies with GB 11174, and the purity of the liquid is as high as 95% or more.
Storage stability: Propane can be stored at normal ambient temperature without storage loss.
